We (Biotech Healthcare) consider our employees to be a great asset to our organization in terms of growth and reliability. So, to do our part, we are dedicated to reducing the risks involved with recruitment fraud to protect them from any fraudulent recruitment offers. In return, we expect diligence from the employee to look for the cautions while applying for the job offers from Biotech Healthcare.
We do not associate or appoint any agent or company to promote our hiring or take job interviews. We refrain from allowing anyone to make job offers on behalf of our firm.
We, at Biotech Healthcare, don’t charge any amount or ask for a security deposit from the aspiring candidates. If the job seekers receive any unsolicited communication during the selection process or job offer from Biotech Healthcare, please avoid submitting any sort of money. Kindly refrain from the fraudulent offer instantly and do not respond or indulge in further communication. In addition, please avoid sharing any confidential details like Aadhar card number, credit card, debit card, or bank details with such fraudsters.
We do not roll out job offers from free email services like Rediffmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc. The job applicants are allowed to consider validating the source email authenticity. Kindly note that any email containing offers/instructions is misleading or fraudulent emails impersonating Biotech Healthcare are not from us and we hold no responsibility for the same.
Please consider these as the warning signals for the recruitment fraud
- If the Email is not from the official Biotech Healthcare email address, but from free internet email services like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
- We do not ask for any confidential information or documents like Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Bank Account, etc.
- If the interview is being scheduled on the phone or via messages.
- You are being offered any money before beginning the interview process
- You are asked to pay a fee.
- If you receive any bogus documentation other than the Biotech Healthcare logo and information.
- If there is any sort of urgency with the hiring process.
At Biotech Healthcare, we are getting more preventive against these frauds and provide offer letters with QR codes. The aspiring candidates can scan the QR code and authenticate the validity of the document.
Biotech Healthcare holds zero direct or indirect liability for the actions of candidates related to any fraudulent offers, spoofed communication, etc. You need to inform us of any sort of such matter on an urgent basis.
We reserve the sole right to seek out the help of law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute these fraudulent activities.
