MODE OF ADMINISTRATION: For Oral Use Only.

Product Description: Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. Phenylephrine is a decongestant. It is used to treat the symptoms of allergies and the common cold. This medicine will not treat an infection.

Pharmacological Actions: Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough center in the brain.

USES: 
Cough Deal D is used to treat cough, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.

Side Effects: 
Common side effects are-
1. Nausea
2. Vomiting
3. Headache
4. Insomnia
5. Sedation
6. Dryness in mouth
7. Diarrhea 
8. Weakness
9. Discomfort during urination

HOW TO USE?
Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. This tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
