Product Description: HT-Safe H Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. Telmisartan belongs to a group of medicines called angiotensin II receptor antagonists. Angiotensin-II is a substance produced in your body which causes your blood vessels to narrow thus increasing your blood pressure.
Hydrochlorothiazide belongs to a group of medicines called thiazide diuretics, which cause your urine output to increase, leading to a lowering of your blood pressure.

Pharmacological Actions: 
Telmisartan blocks Angiotensin II Receptors. It decrease the effectiveness of a chemical known as Angiotensin II, which normally causes blood vessels to constrict it. By blocking the effects of Angiotensin-II, telmisartan causes blood vessels to relax. 
Hydrochlorothiazide works by increasing the amount of salt and water that the kidney removes from the blood. This extra salt and water are passed out through the urine. By increasing the amount of water removed from the blood, hydrochlorothiazide causes a decrease in blood volume.

USES: 
HT-Safe H Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (Hypertension).

2. Feeling tired
3. Flu like symptoms
4. Back pain
5. Diarrhea
6. Nausea 

HOW TO USE?
Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It may be taken on an empty stomach or along with food. However, it is better to take it regularly at a fixed time each day.
