Covid-19 has revamped the way we all used to live and work. During the phase of global lockdown, the employees were bound to work from home with all safety precautions. While working from home seems too comforting and the right decision in these tough times, it has its own set of challenges related to mental and physical health. The individuals started facing the social bonding crisis, work and life balancing, messed up eating habits, isolation and disappointment, and a lot of others.

So, to avoid the majority of such concerns and follow the safe and healthy work-from-home culture, we have some tips for you-

4. Try to get up from the desks quite often and keep moving as much as possible. It is one of the things you would be missing the most while working from home. Being confined to a chair is not good for health concerns.
