Product Description: Tenvez is a combination of two medicines: Alprazolam and Propranolol. Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine. Propranolol is a beta blocker.

Pharmacological Actions: 
Alprazolam works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger called GABA, this helps suppress the nerve cell’s excessive and abnormal activity in the brain. Propranolol blocks certain chemical messenger’s action on the heart and blood vessels, reducing heart rate and blood pressure. 

USES: 
This HT Norshell 50 lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and making it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body.

Side Effects: 
Common side effects are-
1. Blurred vision
2.  Difficulty in breathing
3. Nausea
4. vomiting
5. Stomache
6. Weakness or heaviness of the legs

HOW TO USE?
Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. This tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
