Product Description

Cefaclor is a semisynthetic cephalosporin antibiotics of 2nd generation. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria. This antibiotic only treats bacterial infections. It will not work for viral infections.

Pharmacological Action :

Cefaclor an antibiotic that works by interfering with the formation of the bacterial cell wall (a protective covering) necessary for their survival. Thereby damages the bacterial cell wall and kills the bacterial cell. Thus, it prevents the growth of bacterial infection.

Uses:

It is used in the treatment of several bacterial infections of the urinary tract, respiratory tract, ears, nose, throat, skin and soft tissue.

Common side effects are

1. Nausea
2. Vomiting
3. Diarrhea
4. Abdominal cramps
5. Fever
6. Skin rashes

How to use?

Shake the bottle to loosen the powder. Slowly add boiled and cooled water up to the mark on the bottle and shake well. Add water if necessary to adjust the volume up to the mark.
