Product Description: Azromycin 500 is in a class of medications called macrolide antibiotics. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.
Pharmacological Actions: 
         Azromycin 500 binds to the 23S rRNA of the bacterial 50S ribosomal subunit. It stops bacterial protein synthesis by inhibiting the transpeptidation/translocation step of protein synthesis and by inhibiting the assembly of the 50S ribosomal subunit Label, 5. This results in the control of various bacterial infections. 
      
USES: 
         Azromycin 500  is used to treat certain bacterial infections- such as bronchitis, pneumonia, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and infections of the ears, lungs, sinuses, skin, throat and reproductive organs.
      
Side Effects: 
         Common side effects are-
         1. Nausea
         2. Vomiting
         3. Diarrhea 
         4. Abdominal pain 
         5. Headache 
      
HOW TO USE?
         Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
